Descriptors of
a Christian Education
Caldwell Academy seeks to be a Christian school
by teaching the worldview of the Bible and by helping students learn
to think about all of life, including every academic subject, within
the framework of a Biblical worldview. This is accomplished through
a daily Bible class as well as through Biblical integration in other
areas of study and the practice of Biblical principles in interpersonal
relationships.
Caldwell's board members, staff, and
teachers are committed Christians in good standing in local churches. They all are in agreement with and adhere to the Caldwell statement of faith. They seek by prayer, supplication, and by the study of Scripture to do that which is pleasing to God. The Caldwell staff seeks to work with the community, parents, and each other in a manner consistent with the character of Jesus Christ.
The Caldwell Academy staff strives to be Biblical
in all relationships with Caldwell students by loving the students
with the love of Christ. This includes encouraging the students
to begin and/or develop a personal relationship with God through
Christ. All Caldwell students are treated with the dignity due them
as creatures made in the image of God and are challenged to serve
God with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength.
