Caldwell Academy's commitment to professional development is evident in the generous budget allocation for ongoing training, the provision of two paid professional days, the offering of regular in-house workshops and training, a professional library, attendance at the annual ACSI convention for all employees, all expenses paid plus a stipend for the faculty to attend classical conferences, tuition reimbursement for continuing college coursework that compliments the faculty member’s instructional assignment, and financial incentives for teachers to achieve ACSI teacher certification. The foundational culture of Caldwell Academy emphasizes a lifelong love of learning and commitment to excellence.
