Assembly

The grammar school opens each day with an assembly. The purpose of the assembly is several fold:

• Conduct school business
• Recognize student accomplishments
• Make announcements
• Exposure to fine arts
• Observe student performances or demonstrations
• Build core knowledge

Teachers are encouraged to lead assembly and use it to recognize excellent work in their class and encourage students in public speaking. Each assembly is opened with prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance, and the National Anthem.
